The jury's still out on whether low-level EMFs harm our health. But higher-frequency waves pack a more powerful punch and are generally more harmful. They can trigger cellular stress responses and even break DNA strands.

Dr. Devra Davis, an American epidemiologist and President of the Environmental Health Trust strongly advocates erring caution regarding public health policy and has written extensively on EMF radiation. In her eye-opening TEDx talk "Rapid Fire," Dr. Davis spills the beans on how EMF radiation can affect sperm quality and potentially harm future generations.

But Dr. Davis isn't the only one raising concerns.

While some studies suggest a link between EMF exposure and cancer, others aren't quite as convinced. Even the World Health Organization (WHO) has chimed in, classifying EMF radiation as a possible carcinogen.

So, while we can't say that all EMFs are harmful, keeping our finger on the pulse and staying informed is crucial.
